We manage your container from the port to your customer, in Auckland and Christchurch.
We arrange collection of your 20ft or 40ft container from the port through our trusted transport partners, bring it to our site, and return the empty container once it has been unpacked.
We unpack palletised containers and floor-loaded (loose) cartons. Loose cartons can be sorted by product and stacked onto pallets, then wrapped so they are ready to store or deliver.
Every container is counted and checked against your packing list. We note and photograph any damage or discrepancies and send you a receiving report, so you know exactly what arrived.
Once unpacked, your stock can be put away in our 3PL warehouse, cross docked straight onto outbound trucks, or delivered to your customers and retailer distribution centres.
If stock arrives with the wrong labels or packaging for New Zealand, we can relabel, re-pack or add SSCC labels before it goes any further. See our value added services.

Not all stock needs to be stored. With cross docking, your goods are unpacked, checked and sorted by destination, then loaded straight onto outbound trucks to your customers, stores or retailer distribution centres. It keeps your local inventory low and gets stock to market faster.
We cross dock FCL, LCL and air freight, and send stock on with our own trucks in Auckland or through pallet and courier networks nationwide.
