Winning a supermarket listing is a big milestone. Keeping it depends on getting every order into the distribution centre on time, in full, correctly labelled and with plenty of shelf life left.
Supermarket DCs receive thousands of pallets a day, so they run strict rules for bookings, pallets, labels and paperwork. Deliveries that don’t meet them can be turned away, costing you time, money and goodwill with the buyer.
RPC delivers into major New Zealand distribution centres, including Woolworths and Foodstuffs, as well as The Warehouse, Farmers and Costco. Our team knows what each DC expects at the receiving dock, and how to keep your products flowing onto the shelf.
Every pallet and carton labelled with a GS1 SSCC barcode, ready to be scanned and received at the distribution centre.
HACCP and RMP certified site with batch and expiry tracking, so the right dates go to the right orders.
Our own trucks deliver into supermarket and retail distribution centres, on time for booked delivery windows.
Here’s how we get your products to supermarket distribution centres:
We receive your stock, record batch and expiry dates and store it in our HACCP and RMP certified Auckland warehouse.
Each order is picked and checked against the purchase order, with the right batches and dates.
Pallets are built and wrapped to the DC’s requirements and labelled with SSCC barcodes.
Our own trucks deliver into the distribution centre on time for the booked delivery window.

Supermarkets measure suppliers on complete, on-time deliveries. Our team picks every order against the purchase order, checks batches, dates and quantities, and makes sure every pallet is secured before the truck leaves, so your orders arrive in full and your buyer stays happy.
Before your first supermarket order ships, make sure you have the basics in place:
If products arrive without the right labels or packaging, our value-added services team can re-label, re-pack and kit them before they go out.

Every pallet is built to the retailer’s height and weight rules, wrapped securely and labelled with SSCC barcodes, so it can be scanned, received and put away quickly at the DC. Our site is HACCP and RMP certified and runs an ISO 9001 quality system, with batch and expiry tracking and tested recall processes.
